This is the plan as presented by the Dix Conservatory Committee to the City of Raleigh. Please note in the section #14 in the Legend, Existing Wholesale (Produce Wholesalers), there is no longer room in this area for tractor trailers. The access to the loading docks has been replaced with large planters and parking spaces. This will only allow pedestrian traffic and eliminate the use of these buildings by the Produce Wholesalers.
